It is important to know when to pay your settlement fees
Your settlement fees are not due until the settlement of your property is completed. The fees are added to the funds that you pay to the seller (if you are buying a property) or subtracted from the proceeds of the sale (if you are selling a property).
You may be required to pay stamp duty (WA State Government fee) prior to the sale of the property and also sometimes there may be Government fees and charges that you are also required to pay prior to settlement. Your settlement agent will advise you of any details relating to these fees. To get a quote for the settlement fees for buying your house or selling your house – click here
